YIN YOGA DETOX

This series is based on the sequence of the Shang cycle (the cycle of generation of Chinese medicine) . During our sessions, yin poses (feminine aspect of energy) will stimulate the meridians (energy channels) of specific organs to generate an energy movement , thus supporting the balance of meridians that connects all organs. Slow and meditative practice inviting in-depth work. Wonderful to help manage stress, fatigue, muscle tension and agitation. Open to everyone!

VAYU AERIAL YOGA

Vayu Aerial Yoga is a practice that was developed to create space both mentally and physically. The Vayu Swing is a support system used to facilitate and understand alignment while creating space within the body.The Vayu practice takes the body to a much deeper level. Using the support of the swing we are able to challenge the body moving through various postures, as well as allowing the nervous system to relax, encouraging a letting go into complete surrender.
